The management Team Supervisor’s main role is to manage a team of 3-4 Community Association Managers and 1 Assistant Manager with a portfolio of approximately 40 Associations and direct, assist and help guide Board of Directors to assure they are following state laws, CC&R's governing their communities and performing their fiduciary duties as officers of the Association.

The Regional Manager is responsible for the oversight and operations SF Bay Area Region. While the position requires a significant amount of time in the office the Regional Manager is required to attend off-site meetings with current and prospective clients.
